Peace Poster Competition
Every year Lions Clubs around the world sponsor a special art competition for youth groups and schools. The young people are asked to create a Peace Poster, giving them the chance to visualise harmony in the world. This year's subject was “compassion” and the young people were asked to visually express the peaceful future that compassionate leadership brings to the world. Members of the 2nd Tonbridge Boys Brigade took up the challenge and Lion President Richard Hill was pleased to judge Jemima Knight as this year's winner of the Tonbridge Lions section. Her winning poster will now be judged in the International competition.
