Starter Pack funds for The Bridge Trust

For many years we have helped The Bridge Trust Project with its good work for the homeless in our area. Recently it amalgamated with the YMCA and continues to work locally. When homes are found domestic essentials such as kitchen equipment are needed in order to set up home. Each “starter pack” costs around £120 and we have donated the cost of 5 packs.

Lion President Richard Hill presented a cheque for £600 to Nick Dogget, Bridge Trust Manager, and Lisa Hawney, Senior Area Fund Raiser at the YMCA Upcycling Centre at Tower House.
