Yesterday Lion President Gordon and his wife, Peggy met with Maxine Lucas, the COO of Hi Kent at Christ Church in the High Street to be shown the goods which we donated to this charity which has supported people in Kent with hearing difficulties for over 40 years. Our donation of £450 went towards the purchase of hoodies and tote bags for the volunteers and featured the Tonbridge Lions logo. Maxine was delighted to have our donation and it is hoped Tonbridge Lions can continue to support the charity with the valuable work they do for the community.
