On Thursday 6th February, Tonbridge Lions President, Phil Jesson and Lion Richard Hill had the pleasure to present a cheque for £200 to Thrive EIS, Tonbridge. The donation was received by Louise Fenton, Charity Director & Service Lead and Sue Shepherd, Trustee.
From their office in the south of the town, Thrive offer a wealth of free advice and service to children, young people and families who have special educational needs, social emotional mental health difficulties or have experienced trauma. Phil and Richard were impressed that Thrive offer their services completely free of charge to those in need of their help and guidance within Tonbridge town.
Tonbridge Lions remain keen to support Thrive following their request for additional funds to purchase more art & craft materials and sensory equipment for their service users to utilise.
