On Friday 20th June 2025, Tonbridge Lions Club proudly brought back the ever-popular ‘It’s a Knockout’ Sports Day at the Angel Centre, welcoming over 160 participants with learning and physical disabilities for a day of games, laughter, and connection.
Held annually since the 1990s, the event features inclusive relay-style games designed to engage and entertain, with carers offering hands-on support when needed. Participants also competed in a light-hearted contest for the best-designed ‘joker’, and enjoyed a shared lunch with plenty of smiles and camaraderie.
All attendees received commemorative medals, and trophies were presented to the winning team and best joker by the Mayor of Tonbridge & Malling and the President of Tonbridge Lions Club.
Tonbridge Lions are proud to continue supporting community engagement and inclusive events like this one. We thank everyone who participated and helped bring this cherished event to life.
