Tonbridge Lions Fund Life-Saving Defibrillator Cabinet

1 min read

Tonbridge Lions Club has donated funds for the purchase and installation of a defibrillator cabinet at St Stephen's Church, Tonbridge, supporting the work of Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells Community First Responders (CFRs).

The donation followed an inspiring presentation by CFR Trustee Jamie Duddle, who shared real-life experiences of responding to cardiac emergencies and highlighted the importance of rapid access to defibrillators and CPR training.

Immediate Past President Phil Jesson formally presented the donation, which will help ensure the defibrillator and associated equipment are readily accessible in an emergency.

The Lions' support reflects their ongoing commitment to helping local organisations improve community safety and save lives.
